“Bad Joke Thursday”

In order to encourage more jokes at the pissup and because this run will probably be a bad joke, there will be a down down amnesty today.  Tell your favorite joke – who knows, you’ll may actually get a laugh.

Run Site:          Time Out Ale House – 34525 16^th Ave S; Federal Way

Pissup:             Gallopin’s house in Federal Way – bring appropriate clothing for the weather, plus a towel if you want to use the hot tub

Directions to start:

From I-5:

Take Exit 142B heading west.  At the first signal (there is a Denny’s at that corner) turn right on to 16^th Ave S.  Continue on 16^th about 0.2 mi, the tavern will be on your left.  Park and go inside and have a beer (on your dime) and wait for the hares to finish laying the trail.

From the Kent Valley:

Easy, just get on Hwy 18 heading west and turn right on 16^th Ave S.

Directions to pissup:

Turn right out of the parking lot then take a right at the signal on to S 348^th.  Take a left at the next signal on to Pacific Hwy South.  Continue on Pacific Hwy (heading south) for about 1/2 mile to the first signal, which is S 356th, and turn right.  Head west until you reach the next signal (about 1 mile) and turn left on to 1st Ave S.  Head south past the junior high school and take the first right turn you can make (S 366th).  Go up the hill and take the second right.  The house will be on your left, just before the cul de sac "bubble".  The number is 36511 2nd Ave SW.

Directions home (if you take I-5 north):

The on ramp from Hwy 18 (S 348^th St) to I-5 north has been closing at 9:00 PM for the past several days for road work.  You may need to get to 320^th St.
